My name is Sean Petrizzi and I am the new General Manager of Corporate Sponsorships for Van Wagner/Longwood. I was born and raised in Mechanicsville, Virginia and have worked in college sponsorships and marketing at Wake Forest, William and Mary, The Naval Academy and now Longwood.

My company, Van Wagner Sports and Entertainment, has partnered with Longwood to help grow the university’s partnership program. Van Wagner has successfully done so at over 30 schools including Liberty, William and Mary and Towson. My job is to drive revenue to Longwood and our clients through mutually beneficial partnerships. My goal is to see how the multitude of marketing assets at Longwood can most benefit your business. We can do partnerships that include all areas of campus, not just Athletics.

A marketing sponsorship at Longwood can reach 5,000 students, over 1,000 employees and over 35,000 living alumni (76% of which live in Virginia) not to mention the entire Southside. I am preaching to the choir when I say that not only can we reach all these constituents, but you can benefit from their life-long love of Longwood University by tying yourself to the school.
