Ranger Outpost: Birding

Come out to the High Bridge center overlook and join a ranger for birding from above the trees any time during the event. Learn about bird habits and habitats in the Appomattox River Valley and see and hear some of the amazing birds that call it home. From woodpeckers to warblers, High Bridge provides a great vantage point for wildlife observation.

Binoculars and identification booklets will be available. Event will be cancelled in the case of rain
