One Day Event & Meeting Planning Workshop
  • Client Expectations and Setting Goals
  • Budgeting
  • Q&A with the Professionals
  • Contracting Vendors: Meeting Spaces, F&B, Lodging, and Technology/AV
  • Creating an Event Timeline
  • Marketing & Branding Your Event
 
The day will include a full lunch, snacks, and a reception at the end. Don’t worry – we’re still bringing in industry experts to lead our sessions. In fact, now you will have the opportunity to learn from all of them in one day rather than over a month. These industry executives include:
  • Berkeley Burgess – Manager of Operations and Administration for the Jack Kent Cooke Foundation
  • Peggy Disney – Membership and Marketing Manager for the American Peanut Council
  • Emily Pilk – 20+ years of experience planning events and meetings for national and international clients
  • Tim Vaughn – Senior Client Solutions Manager with Freeman
 
The cost for community professionals is now just $150 per person and attendees will earn 0.8 CEUs.
