This Hands-On workshop focuses on acquiring knowledge and developing skills related on Self-Defense. Additionally, the course will assist the students in making decisions in the area of personal protection. Students will learn how to asses potential danger; how to develop the awareness that may prevent them from becoming a target, how to safeguard themselves, their family and home.
